Which components can you manufacture?
We specialize in stamped and bent parts made of metals such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze and spring steel. Our technology enables the processing of metal thicknesses between 0.1 mm and 4 mm. Typical products include battery holders, electrical contacts, housings for medical technology and automotive components.
How quickly can you implement a project?
It usually takes 8-12 weeks from development to series production. Thanks to our in-house toolmaking department, we can provide the first tool-ready parts for some projects in less than 4 weeks, thus significantly shortening your development time.
What quality assurance measures do you use?
Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001 and includes 100% sorting on request. With high-precision measuring systems and seamless monitoring during production, we guarantee a smooth production process.
Do you also offer surface finishing?
Yes, surface finishing is not an integrated process for us, but we work with long-standing, certified partners who carry out subsequent finishing. Alternatively, we offer punching from pre-finished strips.
