Our progressive tools form the basis for the series production of complex components. Punching, bending and embossing in a single tool creates cost-effective solutions - particularly suitable for the automotive, electronics and medical technology sectors. Our metal parts production stands for diversity: from precisely milled individual parts to series-managed mass production. With over 7,000 m² of production space, in-house toolmaking and a wide range of materials (including stainless steel, bronze and spring steel), we create components that are mechanically, electrically or decoratively impressive.
Embossing technology & forming technology - Function brought into form
Forming as a functional principle - our embossing and forming technology creates clips, latching mechanisms and reinforcements directly in the sheet metal. We combine processes such as flanging, deep drawing and stretch forming. Production from coil and our choice of materials (including stainless steel, aluminum and brass) make this product line ideal for demanding components.
Punching and bending technology - when two processes are better than one
Punching and bending technology combines precise cutting with defined bending - efficient, reproducible and economical. We supply functional components with high repeat accuracy, especially for medium-sized series. Applications range from contacts and retaining springs to assembly elements in aviation or electrical engineering.
