Challenges when commissioning stamped part manufacturers

When companies are looking for a reliable partner for stamped and bent parts, they often face the same hurdles: Long delivery times, high tooling costs, inflexible processes and an overly technocratic approach. Many suppliers reach their limits when it comes to small and medium series in particular - whether it's when it comes to customizing tools or meeting tight deadlines. It becomes particularly tricky when a functional but non-safety-relevant part is needed at short notice, but still has to be manufactured with the highest precision.

Our solution

Our stamping and bending technology is based on an integrated system approach: design, toolmaking and production go hand in hand for us - all under one roof. We do not design tools for eternity, but for the best function in the planned life cycle. Our designers deliver the basic framework within 3 days, while the toolmaker retains the freedom to select the components. In this way, individually adapted progressive tools for your stamped parts are created within a very short time - including bending, deburring and any surface treatment.

Project examples from our production

Whether it's copper contacts for remote controls, battery holders for flat cells or brackets for LED lights - our stamped and bent parts made of brass, bronze or chrome-nickel steel can be found in the electrical industry, in furniture construction and in aviation technology. Particularly popular: contact elements with a conductive surface, which are used in heat pumps, window regulators or switch modules.

Why does our solution work so well?

The answer lies in the interplay of expertise, responsibility and efficient organization. Our toolmakers are not just implementers, but active co-designers. We believe that a tool is only really good if it has been co-developed by the person who will later operate it. In this way, we avoid lengthy design phases and cost-intensive grinding - and deliver exactly what you need: a functional stamped and formed part, perfectly tailored to your application.

FAQ on punching and bending technology

What exactly are stamped-bent parts?

Stamped-bent parts are components that are stamped and bent in several steps in one tool. They are primarily used where geometrically complex, functional metal parts are required - e.g. as brackets, contacts or connecting elements.
We process a variety of metals - including aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, stainless steel, chrome-nickel steel and spring steel. Each material has its own specific advantages in terms of conductivity, hardness or formability.
We typically implement projects in less than 12 weeks. For small series, delivery times from 8 weeks are even possible - from planning to finished production.
Yes, we also process coated, tin-plated, chrome-plated or pre-galvanized sheet metal. Our systems are designed to integrate various surface treatments before or after punching.

While many suppliers rely on durable, high-precision tools for large series, we develop pragmatic tools for economical medium series. This saves you time and money - without compromising on functionality.

Our customers come from the electronics, furniture, aviation and lock industries, among others.
